Detailed Work Estimate
We will provide you with a detailed job cost estimate prior to scheduling a start date with you.
Although we will make every effort to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible, upon starting work, we may discover hidden damage (i.e. subfloor or joist damage from a leaking pipe under a bathroom floor) that must be addressed before we can proceed with your installation. Should this occur, we will advise you of the reason for a change to the original estimate and discuss your options with you before continuing.
Pricing And Payment Terms
You are required to pay for your tile at your local tile retailer. For projects that can be completed in a week, payment in full is due upon completion. For longer projects, equal draws are due weekly until completion.
As Blue Wave Tile & Stone is not a retailer, we are not normally able to negotiate pricing on the materials required for your project. We can however, provide advice and direction in choosing and purchasing the materials that are best suited to your needs.
At Blue Wave Tile, your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If a workmanship-related defect should occur in your new tiled surface within a period of 1 year after completion, we will fix it.
